At IQ EXAM (operated by Glomedia B.V., Amsterdam, Netherlands), we stand behind the quality of our platform. We offer a 3-Day Free Trial so you can try our services with confidence. During your 3-day trial, there are no charges. If you cancel within the 3-day period, you will not be charged.

2. Pricing & Trial

IQ EXAM uses a subscription model with a free trial period:

  • Trial: FREE for 3 days of full access
  • Subscription: After the trial period, your subscription automatically renews at $2.99 USD per week
  • Payment: All payments are securely processed through Stripe

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the trial period ends to avoid being charged the weekly subscription fee.

3. Eligibility for Refund

Since our trial period is free with no charges, no refund is needed during the trial. After your trial period ends and your first paid subscription begins:

  • You can cancel anytime to avoid future charges
  • For questions about charges, contact our support team

6. Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved:

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider
  • Your subscription will be canceled immediately upon refund approval
  • Access to premium features will be revoked once the refund is processed

7. Cancellation

Cancellation stops your subscription and prevents future charges. Cancel anytime during your 3-day free trial to avoid any charges. After your trial period ends and you begin a paid subscription, you can still cancel anytime to prevent future billing.

8. EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you may have additional rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Our 3-day free trial provides you with a fair period to try our services at no charge. You can cancel during this trial period to avoid any charges.
