1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the IQ EXAM website and services (hereinafter "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and IQ EXAM (operated by Glomedia B.V., Amsterdam, Netherlands) regarding your use of the Platform.

2. Description of Service

IQ EXAM offers a comprehensive online cognitive assessment platform featuring:

• IQ testing and intelligence assessment
• Brain training exercises and cognitive challenges
• Personality tests and psychological assessments
• Love style quizzes and relationship compatibility tools
• Digital certificates and personalized reports
• Progress tracking and performance analytics

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription & Billing

Trial Period: New users may start with a 7-day trial for $1.00 USD. This gives you full access to all premium features during the trial period.

Recurring Billing: Following the trial period, your subscription automatically renews at $29.99 USD per month unless canceled before the trial ends.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for subscription fees.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. If you cancel during the 7-day trial, you will not be charged the monthly fee. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Trial charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, tests, exercises, methodologies, algorithms, and software, is the exclusive property of Glomedia B.V. or its licensed partners. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited. You may not download or print content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Trademark Notice: "Mensa" is a registered trademark of Mensa International Limited. "Stanford-Binet" is a registered trademark of Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. "WAIS" (Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale) is a registered trademark of NCS Pearson, Inc. "MoCA" (Montreal Cognitive Assessment) is a registered trademark of MoCA Test Inc. "CHC" (Cattell-Horn-Carroll) theory refers to the Cattell-Horn-Carroll theory of cognitive abilities, a widely recognized framework in psychometric research. IQ EXAM is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these trademark holders or the authors of the CHC theory. References to these names are used solely for informational and descriptive purposes to indicate the type of cognitive assessment methodology our tests are inspired by.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purposes or in any way that violates these terms. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems
• Using the Platform to transmit harmful, offensive, or harassing content
• Posting misleading, fraudulent, or impersonating content
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive source code
• Selling, trading, or transferring your account to others
• Scraping, bot-accessing, or automated collection of data
• Interfering with the normal operation of the Platform

7. Disclaimer

Important: The IQ EXAM assessment is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only. It is not a clinical diagnostic tool and should not be used for medical, psychological, or professional diagnosis. Our tests are not a substitute for professional evaluation by licensed psychologists, psychiatrists, or medical professionals. Results reflect cognitive abilities within the scope of our assessment methodology but do not constitute medical or psychological advice. Individual results may vary based on testing conditions, fatigue, and other variables.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLOMEDIA B.V. AND IQ EXAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective when posted to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically for updates.
